Jewel & Co. T-Shirts, LLC Does not guarantee and is not responsible for maintaining sales for the consumer/business. Jewel & Co. T-Shirts, LLC only offers assistance using the description information stated within our business packages and our service and product packages. Advertisement DOES NOT sell your products & services. Advertisement only creates brand awareness and puts the business operation into a positive light when done consistently. When using Jewel & Co. T-Shirts, LLC all digital artwork & mockup designs must be requested via email within 3 days of the order being placed - if not, physical products & digital products will be printed using the instructions/information provided. If requesting mockups, after receiving them, please carefully review your mockups and thoroughly make changes as needed.
Please communicate those changes properly to [email protected] as we will send out up to 2 courtesy mocks with changes that were requested. Additional mockups (up to 2 total) will require a non-refundable $25.00 fee. Mockup designs are only used as visuals to give consumers general ideas of how their products will turn out. Mock designs are not always exact in terms of color of design(s) or positioning of design(s). Jewel & Co. T-Shirts, LLC does not print any vinyl text or vinyl designs smaller than 2 inches. Jewel & Co. T-Shirts, LLC does not duplicate or print any copyrighted items.
When using Mockups, all artwork must be approved by the consumer/business within the timeframe of the order being produced- if the consumer/business DOES NOT approve mockups that they requested, all products will be printed per the instructions and information provided. Once services/products are rendered/printed/produced and are NOT satisfactory to the consumer/business Jewel & Co. T-Shirts, LLC is NOT in any way responsible for reprinting/reproducing products/services. Jewel & Co. T-Shirts, LLC will not provide any type of disbursement or refund. All products & services that were printed/produced will be shipped out/delivered AS IS.
